We Carry; 5005, 5052, 304,316 MS250 and MS350.
No 4130, brass, sliver, gold, titanium or other blends from the periodic table.
Quantity is everything. If I said drive to Dan's and grab a single XXXX out the fridge it wouldn't be very cheap would it??? Refreshing yes, cheap no!
So please note - it is cheaper to do all parts in the same material, like a carton of beers. You will not save money by reducing the thickness of some parts, as we have to get the forklift out, get a pack off the rack, vacuum load it on, and setup the machine, nozzle, parameters, run a new nest etc.
You can draw anything - but someone has to make it. Folding is fiercely complicated, look at what is around, watch you tube vids. Welding is often cheaper than folding complex parts.
Time is money. Our overheads are really significant. As much as we like to help out, we simply cannot afford to spend $200 in time on a $20 order. We are not Tafe.
There is nothing Youtube hasn't covered on having parts laser cut. Please school up before ordering, knowledge is power.
This service is intended to help time-poor qualified folks get jobs out faster, and is being trialled as a favour to our industry.

*Fusion is not suitable for real-world sheet metal design. This is a firm view of ours established through significant experience dealing with the outputs of all packages. It produces corrupt cutting files that have a multitude of issues*. We have lost 1000's of hours correcting such drawings - so entitled to this opinion we are.
We use and highly recommend Solidworks.
